Water Fitness (aerobics) is quickly becoming the top adult exercise program in the nation. With ease of motion and limited resistance, it provides a great healthy alternative to traditional impact fitness . All classes are taught by trained instructors. Our classes are available to those ages 16+.

Poolside Fitness

Poolside Fitness

This land-based fitness course offers participants a dynamic 25-minute workout right next to the pool! The course is led by a certified fitness instructor who will guide participants through a series of exercises that focus on strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. No swimsuit required!



Deep Water Water Aerobics

Deep Water Fitness

This non-impact class offers participants the freedom of movement through water without touching or standing on the pool bottom. With a combination of exaggerated and quick movements, it will give you a total body workout. This class is great for cardiovascular exercise or helping to treat muscle and bone injuries.


Shallow Water Aerobics

Shallow Water Fitness

An energetic workout for all participant levels with movements that will increase your heart rate and offer you a total body workout. This class offers low and high impact moves to improve cardiovascular health and an abdominal workout to strengthen, tone, and build the body’s core muscles. Class is conducted in shallow water with a maximum depth of 4.5 feet.

Come spin, splash & sweat with us in our new Aqua Spin class. An energetic workout for all participant levels that will increase your heart rate. This low-impact class offers participants the freedom to enjoy cycling through the water. Class is conducted in water with a maximum depth of 4.5 feet.


Aqua Body Boards

Aqua Yoga

Increase balance, strength, endurance, flexibility and focus while refreshing your workout routine with occasional work on an inflatable water fitness board! These AquaBoards offer a versatile full body workout while essentially laying on top of the water. Class is conducted in water ranging in depth from 3.5 to 5 feet.


Aqua Jogging Class

Aqua Jogging

Ideal for runners or participants recovering from injury but looking for a low-impact workout, this class offers the benefits of running with less impact on the body. Participants’ goals will be to increase cardiovascular conditioning against water resistance in water 3.5 feet deep by moving against the current of the Lazy River. This class may utilize a flotation belt and other equipment. Participants need to bring their own water noodle.


Swim n' Stretch

Aqua Stretch 'n Tone

Formerly known as "Swim 'n Stretch", this class is a great option for those with arthritis, joint and muscle pain or those recovering from injury. This low-impact class focuses on range of motion with gentle stretching and exercises geared toward reducing pain and stiffness. The goals of this class are to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion, while restoring and maintaining muscular strength. This class may utilize equipment, depending on Instructor. Class will be held in water no deeper than 4.6 feet.


Water Aerobics Equipment

Tabata

A deep water class that consists of high energy intervals guaranteed to trick your metabolism into working efficiently during and after your workout. Class is finished with a blast of core strengthening and will leave you feeling refreshed and alive.


Water Aerobics Equipment

Piloga

A combination of Pilates and Yoga, this class offers the great core and back strengthening of Pilates and the calming balance of mind a body stretches of Yoga. Namaste. Class is conducted in shallow water with a maximum depth of 4.5 feet.
