Please join us in congratulating Ciera Dulgar for being selected as the recipient of the 2023 Elk Grove City Council and Disability Advisory Committee's Above and Beyond Award!
As the Therapeutic Recreation Supervisor at Cosumnes CSD, Ciera has been instrumental in creating a range of adaptive and inclusive recreational opportunities for people with disabilities through the Recreation ADventures program (RAD). She has been actively involved in training Cosumnes CSD employees on ways to serve individuals with disabilities better and continues to expand RAD offerings. She was selected from a list of deserving nominees who have provided exceptional service to individuals with disabilities.
