What is an eligibility list?

An Eligibility List is a list of candidates who have successfully passed the recruitment and examination process for a specific classification. Qualified candidates who pass the examination are placed on a certified Eligibility List. Candidates from the certified Eligibility List are referred to the department to fill vacancies as they occur.

Please note: The same eligibility list will be used for each classification, regardless of the department.
