Wackford Community Complex

I've worked in the field of education with various age groups, from toddlers to school-age children. 2025 is my 25th year of teaching, and my 18th year teaching with Tiny Tot Preschools.

My classroom is all about the traditional preschool experience. To set the early foundations of learning, I strive to provide for your child a nurturing setting based on play. We emphasize fun in all our learning! My goal is for children to learn, socialize, and grow in a warm environment. I want my students' experience to be a start to their love of learning!

As a parent myself, I look forward to working together with families in making sure that each child's needs are being met. I want each and every one of my students to succeed, and I know that that comes from recognizing their individuality. I look forward to getting to know you and your child!

I graduated from Sacramento State with a Bachelor's degree in Child Development, and I've been teaching preschool for eight years. I am also a Tiny Tot Preschool alumnus, which makes my role as a Tiny Tot teacher even more special!

I want your child to develop a lifelong love of learning while growing socially and emotionally. My goal is to build a supportive community and create a positive early learning experience not just for my students, but for families, as they transition into the school setting.

One of my favorite things about teaching is seeing my students discover something new. The look on their faces, and the conversations that follow, are priceless!

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Child Development and Behavior Modification, from the California State University of Sacramento. I have had
the joy of teaching for more than 20 years, from toddlers to kindergarteners.

I love teaching, and my goal is to help your child love learning. My class is bilingual! I teach in both English and Spanish to foster a deeper understanding of cultures, diversity, and empathy by allowing students to connect with people from different backgrounds. No prior knowledge of Spanish is required. Learning languages opens the door to enhance children's communication skills and boost cognitive abilities like problem-solving and memory.

I believe each child’s contagious enthusiasm for life, learning, and exploration makes my job incredibly special and rewarding. I feel a great responsibility and privilege to be your child’s teacher, and I know that by working together, we can create a positive first school experience.

Oasis Recreation Center

I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, and I've been working in childcare for over twenty years.

I encourage a love of learning through hands-on exploration of the natural world. Our play-centered approach encourages children to follow their innate curiosity, fostering a strong foundation for kindergarten and beyond while covering essential educational milestones. I empower my students to embrace challenges with confidence, develop a strong sense of self-worth, and feel a deep sense of belonging.

My hope is to create a nurturing, supportive environment for both children and their families.  By fostering a close-knit community among families, we can create a powerful support system that sets your child up for lifelong success.

Albiani Recreation Center

I've been working with Cosumnes CSD for almost 20 years. I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to teens, but early childhood education is my calling. I primarily teach Toddler Time and Buddy Bunch, the earliest steps a child can take toward a lifelong love of learning.

My site offers Buddy Bunch, a parent participation class, where one adult may attend with their child, and Toddler Time, a class for 2-year-olds to introduce them to schoolday structure.  Through play, little ones have opportunities to use their imagination and learn in countless ways. In my classroom, I foster a safe educational environment.

Teaching such a young age range is something I consider very special. I look forward to the chance to bond with each and every child who enters my classroom. I strive to give them a safe, inviting, fun place to learn and explore with peers and promote a lifetime love of learning.
