Coyote Oaks Park (aka Sun Grove Park Site) is a future 1-acre local park located on Wagoner Way near Whitelock Parkway (within the Laguna Ridge Specific Plan area). We are working in partnership with the City of Elk Grove to design and build this new park.

The park master plan was developed based on feedback from the community outreach meetings and was shaped by the insights gathered.

MILESTONES

Public Engagement

We hosted two public workshops to collect feedback on the design of the future 1-acre local park. The first workshop, held in July, gave the community an opportunity to share their thoughts on a conceptual design for the park. The second workshop, held in September 2024, incorporated additional feedback, leading to adjustments in the design to better meet the community's needs.

Funding for this project is provided by the City of Elk Grove through the Laguna Ridge Supplemental Park Fee program.
