Facility & Development Department

The Facility and Development Department plans and develops all District facilities, including fire facilities, community centers, parks, and trails. 

The department includes the Facilities division, which is responsible for building maintenance throughout the District. Facilities staff are responsible for the planning, development, management, and improvement of District facilities and projects. 

Annually, we develop and implement the District’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) which outlines the physical development and improvment of District facilities
