Swim for Fitness

Prerequisites: Ages 16+ and can swim 25 yards unassisted.

The lap swim program is offered year-round.
Lanes are available on a first-come, first-served basis with emphasis on lane sharing and circle swimming with swimmers of equal ability.
Use of the pool is not exclusive and will be shared with other Cosumnes CSD programs.
Days and times listed below are for lap swimming only. Water walking/exercise is prohibited in the lanes.
Program days, times, and closures are based on programming, staffing, and weather changes and are subject to change.
You may bring your own swim equipment (i.e. kickboards, pull buoys) to use during your swim.
When you finish your swim, please exit the facility in a timely manner through the designated exit.

$55 Auto-Pay Monthly Membership
$7 Daily Drop-In
Membership passes, both Monthly and Auto-pay Monthly, are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase (with the Auto-Pay Monthly pass continuously renewing every 30 days for you)
Membership passes are sold individually and cannot be shared between more than one swimmer
Membership passes are site-specific
Membership passes are non-refundable and non-transferable
To discontinue an Auto-pay plan, please call 916-405-5600 or come into one of our Cosumnes CSD Customer Service Locations before your next scheduled payment
Drop-in participants must sign a Hold Harmless waiver each time they swim
Payment methods accepted:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard) - required for auto-pay membership passes
- Cash (nothing higher than a $20)
- Checks (written out to Cosumnes CSD)
