Proclamations

A proclamation is an official document approved by the Cosumnes Community Services District Board of Directors which bring recognition, awareness, or appreciation to an issue, cause, milestone, or noteworthy event that is relevant and important to the District. Proclamations are strictly honorary and not legally binding.
